I help a limited number of companies with their digital strategy, and assist investors analyzing companies with an internet component. I’ve consulted for many well-known mainstream media brands and investors. I also assist several early stage companies.

I have significant expertize is in turn-arounds, as well as the overhaul and extension of existing brands, especially the integration of social media on content-driven sites. I’ve re-invented brands from the bottom up (FastCompany.com is one example.)  I’ve helped companies better monetize their existing sites and better extend their offline brands online.

I’ve assisted top executives from large media brands create new websites and digital revenue streams; evaluated acquisition of  prominent business and political websites; and advised start ups on content and technology strategy, including correcting early missteps.
